As a self-starter, I have high expectations to what constitutes a valuable employee in today’s economy.  I respect an institution that values honesty, integrity, knowledge, and continuing education for its employees.  An employee that can multi-task when needed and improve upon their skills is an asset in any market, but today’s market demands it.
