Professional Goals
As a self-starter, I have high expectations to what constitutes a valuable employee in today’s economy. I respect an institution that values honesty, integrity, knowledge, and continuing education for its employees. An employee that can multi-task when needed and improve upon their skills is an asset in any market, but today’s market demands it.
Employers who look for an asset to their institution from day one realize these employees: shine. Therefore, I am not afraid to say that I will be a shining asset to any institution. The talents, experience, and education I now hold can only improve with the right opportunities and growth potential.
